About the Brewery

Verdant Brewing Co is an independent brewery founded in 2014 by Adam Robertson and James Heffron in Falmouth, Cornwall. The pair started out as homebrewers frustrated they couldn't easily get hold of the hop-forward beers they loved, so they began brewing themselves in a shipping container that autumn. Richard White joined as a third director the following year, and the trio still lead the business today.

From those small beginnings, Verdant grew into one of the best-regarded names in modern British brewing, known almost exclusively for juicy, hazy pale ales and IPAs bursting with tropical fruit character. The brewery is now based in Penryn, and alongside its Penryn taproom runs several venues around Falmouth, including a well-loved seafood bar serving small plates alongside its latest brews on tap.

Verdant's cans have built something close to a cult following among UK beer fans, and the brewery has been recognised as one of the country's top-rated breweries by drinkers and industry alike.
