About the Brewery

Track Brewing Co is an independent Manchester brewery founded by Sam Dyson, whose journey into brewing began with a two-year, round-the-world cycling trip covering roughly 35,000 miles across five continents. It was on the US leg of that ride that Dyson first encountered the small taprooms and neighbourhood breweries that would shape his vision for Track — places that felt like the lifeblood of their communities rather than just somewhere to buy a pint.

After returning home, Dyson gained further experience at Camden Town Brewery in London before setting up the original Track brewery in a small railway arch beneath Manchester's Piccadilly Station in 2014. As the brewery's reputation grew, Track moved in 2020 to a larger unit on the Piccadilly Trading Estate, expanding brewing capacity significantly and cementing its place at the heart of Manchester's now-thriving beer quarter.

Track has become known for clean, precise American-style pale ales and IPAs, brewed with the same sense of exploration that inspired the brewery's beginnings, alongside a rotating range of experimental and collaborative beers.
